All Fabien Y Marcque jewellery pieces are handmade to order with great care and attention to detail. Customers may purchase their items directly through the online shop, or, for a more personal service, they are welcome to contact Fabien Y Marcque directly by email at fabien@fymjewellery.uk to arrange a purchase or discuss their order. Whether placed online or by email, each piece will be crafted to order and shipped to the customer’s chosen address once completed.

DELIVERY

Delivery within the UK

Each jewellery piece is made to order, and the manufacturing process will not exceed fifteen working days. Once completed, items are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery within the United Kingdom. This secure service is insured, trackable, and guarantees delivery within one to three working days after dispatch. All Special Delivery parcels require a signature upon arrival to ensure safe receipt.

Shipping costs may vary slightly depending on general fluctuations, and the final delivery cost will be clearly displayed at the checkout before confirming the purchase. When an order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email confirmation containing tracking details.

Please note that while every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery, Fabien Y Marcque Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or other factors beyond our control within the UK.

International delivery

Orders sent outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and import fees when they reach their destination. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Fabien Y Marcque Jewellery has no control over these costs and cannot predict their exact amount. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs office for current information before placing an order.

International deliveries are carefully packaged and dispatched using reliable courier services. However, Fabien Y Marcque Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or international postal services once the item has left the UK.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Fabien Y Marcque Jewellery strives for complete customer satisfaction and takes great pride in the craftsmanship of every piece. If any item arrives damaged, it must be reported within forty-eight hours of receipt. Items purchased from the collections can be returned or exchanged for a full refund, provided that they are returned within seven days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for returning any item via Royal Mail Special Delivery or an equivalent insured and trackable service. Please note that the cost of returning an item is not included in the refund. To initiate a return, please email fabien@fymjewellery.uk with the order number and reason for return. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five working days.

Commissioned, bespoke, or altered pieces are made to individual specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged.
