Payment
XXX accepts payment by STRIPE and bank transfer. For commissioned work a deposit of 50% is required at the start with the balance paid on collection or prior to postage. All work purchased from XXX’s collections to be paid
in full prior to delivery.
Product Information
XXX’s work is entirely handmade in the UK and stated dimensions may vary slightly.
All silver used is sterling or fine silver, the gold is recycled 18ct and all are subject to British hallmarking standards at the London Assay office.
Some items are too lightweight to require hallmarking by the Assay office. These items are legally sold as silver or gold.
Ring orders: to ensure you order the correct sized ring XXX would recommend you come to her to be measured, however if you are unable to visit her workshop then you will need to be sized at a reputable jewellers.
While we try to make sure that the colours of products are displayed accurately on thesite, the actual colours that you see on your computer may vary depending on the monitor that you use.
