Ordering and Contact Formation

All pieces created by Fabien Y Marcque Jewellery are made to order with care and attention to detail. Orders may be placed through the online shop or by contacting Fabien Y Marcque directly at fabien@fymjewellery.uk for a personal consultation or bespoke request. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledgement confirming that your order has been received. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A legally binding contract is formed only when your item has been despatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before despatch if there are pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment

Payment may be made securely via SumUp or bank transfer. All prices are stated in GBP (£).
Fabien Y Marcque Jewellery does not currently charge VAT. For bespoke or commissioned work, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance must be paid prior to collection or despatch. Orders from the standard collection must be paid in full before delivery. If full payment is not received as agreed, production or delivery may be delayed or cancelled at the discretion of Fabien Y Marcque Jewellery.

Product Information

All jewellery pieces are entirely handmade in the United Kingdom, and slight variations in dimensions, finish, or colour may occur. Every effort is made to ensure that product photographs and descriptions are accurate, but colour and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings. All silver used is recycled sterling or fine silver, and the gold used is recycled 18-carat gold. All applicable items are hallmarked at the London Assay Office in accordance with British hallmarking standards. Some lightweight items may be exempt from hallmarking under UK law but are still sold as genuine sterling silver or gold. Customers are encouraged to ensure that ring sizes are correct before ordering. If unsure, please visit a reputable jeweller for accurate measurement. Price and Availability

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). We reserve the right to amend prices, update product descriptions, or correct typographical errors at any time prior to accepting an order. Prices do not include any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international orders. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Rights (UK Consumers)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers within the United Kingdom who purchase online have the right to cancel their order for most goods within 14 days of receiving the item. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at fabien@fymjewellery.uk within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that this right does not apply to bespoke, commissioned, customised, or personalised pieces, as these are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be resold. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. If full payment is not received as agreed, production or delivery may be delayed or cancelled at the discretion of Fabien Y Marcque Jewellery.
